CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand the change of plans. In case you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it anytime within 24 hours. However, a cancellation fee of 5% will be levied for the payment gateway charges. Beyond the window of 24 hours, we can’t accept the cancellations as the product will be shipped already. You can cancel the order by writing an email to srumakes@gmail.com or by replying to the order confirmation email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of personal care items, we are unable to accept any return or offer any refund for our products. However, we do provide a replacement for any damaged products during the shipment or in case of wrong item delivery. Please note that the shipping is outsourced to a third-party agency and hence we can take up claims for any transit damage only if we have the evidence in the form of pictures or videos.
So, to request a replacement, the user must submit the unpacking video. Hence, we advise all our users to take videos while you unpack the shipment and reach out to us within six hours of the item delivery for smooth and speedy resolution.
